The Certified HDI courses run over two to five days and are globally recognised qualifications that adhere to international standards. The courses review several key areas covered in the standards - Business Knowledge, Organisational Leadership, Professional Development, Technical/Process Management, Business Contingency Planning, Relationship Management and Strategic Management and Roles and Responsibilities.
