Four-hour disaster recovery service from EVault

-based backup and innovator EVault has unveiled a four-hour option for its EVault Cloud Recovery Service (EVault CDR), Channelpro reports.

EVault CDR is a cloud-based disaster recovery solution for managed service providers (MSPs). It enables MSPs to securely recover critical systems and data in the cloud within four, 24 or 48 hours, depending on the service level.

“We believe this offering takes disaster recovery to the next level,” says Terry Cunningham, EVault's president and GM. “We helped create the recovery as a service industry with our cloud DR offerings and we are now extending our leadership with a four-hour recovery time service option.”

EVault CDR with a four-hour SLA is valuable for organisations located in disaster-prone areas of the US and Canada, such as the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf Coasts, EON writes.

Without a cloud-based backup and recovery facility located out of the region, away from the disaster, these companies are particularly vulnerable to interruptions in business operations.
