Accredited training and consulting organisation Fox IT Service Management South Africa (www.foxitsm.co.za) has been highly praised for assisting a Momentum employee achieve the highly acclaimed ITIL Expert status in just eight months via its renowned CLOUD-Trainer learning platform.
Momentum employee Ntombi Tuge achieved the certification by successfully passing the final ITIL Expert examination on Friday, 30 August, and had the following to say about the experience: "My dealings and experience with Fox ITSM South Africa was amazing. When I started with my cloud-based online training, I was a little concerned and worried about the programme, but this was soon alleviated when I started my first course (Service Operations). The learning platform and the support I received from the Fox ITSM staff was excellent."
Tuge added: "It was so convenient to use the cloud-based platform because I could study any time and anywhere, as long as I had my iPad, iPhone or laptop with me. The Fox ITSM cloud-based training also included study materials, questionnaires, videos and sample examination papers to help me grasp the many concepts and to study and prepare for the exams, which were all also written online. I am now officially certified as an ITIL Expert and I will be continuing my studies with Fox ITSM to achieve my ITIL Master's certification."
Tuge finalises her praise by stating: "The value added to my organisation is really twofold in that I was able to study while I was being productive, and the knowledge gained by the programme has allowed me to identify improvements in my own role and within our organisation.
