The next session takes place on 20 May at 6:30pm, at Primi Life in the Lifestyle Garden Centre, Randpark Ridge.
Following on the success of the previous networking event, the Free Beer Session will provide both a technical and business speaker, who will discuss open source applications and developments.
Technical speaker for the event, Yossi Hasson, MD of Synaq, will discuss open versus closed source security. In addition, Peet Gouws, IT security manager at Discovery Holdings, will offer a business perspective on the company's experience deploying open source solutions.
The presentations are followed by a networking opportunity during which attendees are invited to ask speakers questions, discuss industry trends, network with their peers and enjoy free beer.
