The first 500 delegates to register for this year's AdobeLive creative showcase will be able to attend a free Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3) workshop, Adobe has announced, in the run-up to its much-awaited annual function.
The workshops will be hosted by commissioned Adobe certified experts, offering delegates even more value. These will take place on Wednesday, 30 May in Cape Town and Friday, 1 June in Johannesburg.
The training in Johannesburg will be offered by Morning Star Design, in conjunction with Cross Media Training Centre, CAB, City Varsity and Soho Editors, with the possibility of more training schools coming on board.
In Cape Town, Access International, Concept Interactive, Digicape, and The Training Room will be hosting the lucky AdobeLive delegates.
For a full list of trainers, venues and times, please visit www.adobelive.co.za for more information. Early-bird registrations also qualify for free MySkins laptop covers.
The event, called AdobeLive in Concert 2007, is presented in association with Wacom HP, Adobe's distribution partners Comztek, DaxData and Core Group, Apple, SWPP (UK), Think, Licence to Learn and other key partners.
The concerts, which will take place at both the Cape Town Convention Centre on 29 May 2007 and The Theatre on the Track in Johannesburg on 31 May 2007, guarantee to be different from anything customers have attended in the previous three AdobeLive events.
The AdobeLive events in Cape Town and Johannesburg have also been extended by two hours, in order to include a 'creative evening', where delegates will be treated to a 'Photoshop power hour' with renowned US artist and educator, Jane Conner-Ziser, representing the SWPP from the UK. This session will also include a design in business session by David Blythe, Chairperson of Think and MD of Enterprise IG.
Tickets for the AdobeLive in Johannesburg and Cape Town cost R315 for students, R525 for attendees belonging to professional associations and R630 for non-affiliated professionals.
