The NetWorker based High- Speed backup solution best meets the needs of Business Critical Computing applications based on Oracle databases stored in Fujitsu Siemens Computers FibreCAT FC4700 storage arrays as well as in any other EMC CLARiiON FC4700 based systems.
Online and offline backup is now only a matter of minutes without additional workload for the database. Using SnapView - the snapshot-technology of FibreCAT - the new Fujitsu Siemens Computers` solution NSR-ORA-FC meets crucial data protection requirements of highly available database applications. It extends the usual Backup and Recover procedures with features like

* fully-automated, easy point in time recovery without ORACLE expertise.

FibreCAT FC4700-Oracle-Backup will drastically improve performance and decrease Total Cost of Ownership comparing to previously available backup solutions.
