The LIFEBOOK C1410 from Fujitsu Siemens Computers is the first notebook to pass extremely high environmental protection standards.
Being subject to comprehensive tests done by the independent renowned "Swan" institute, the LIFEBOOK C1410 has received The Swan, the official Nordic ecolabel, introduced by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The Swan also sets criteria with regard to quality and performance.
Furthermore, the notebook passed tests on energy and raw materials consumption, noise emission, factory emissions into the air, water and land, and the content of environmentally hazardous substances in the product.
The LIFEBOOK C1410 thus brings the highest environmental standards and best technology together in one package: The LIFEBOOK C1410 is available with the latest Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology and a 15-inch XGA or a 15.4-inch WXGA display.
In addition to the standard connections, the new LIFEBOOK C Series features a serial and a parallel interface and a modular bay, which can be used for an optical drive or a supplementary rechargeable battery that allows the battery lifetime to be boosted to up to 12 hours (depending on the model and the applications involved).
