Fuzion call centre software is finalist in Calling the Cape Awards

Saratoga, a leading niche software developer in Cape Town, announced that it was a finalist in the Calling the Cape 2005 call centre solution awards.

The Fuzion software solution is innovative in that it allows companies to manage their call centre on a real-time basis. It allows customers to configure workflows that help them manage their specific campaigns or processes.
