There are only 14 days left to nominate the project and organisation that made an impact in the business intelligence (BI) field for next year's ITWeb BI Excellence Awards.

Every year, the industry's top BI professionals gather to honour the best and most innovative projects in SA, at the ITWeb BI Summit.

Next year's event, which takes place on 28 and 29 February, will be no different. What's more, international BI consultant, Rick van der Lans, will host a post-event workshop, at The Forum, in Bryanston.

Winners will join the likes of previous victors, including SARS and Engen, to be recognised as the finest in their respective industries.

The BI Innovation Award honours the organisation that has utilised BI tools and techniques innovatively, while delivering measurable business benefits.

Speakers on the agenda at next year's conference include: Dr Barry Devlin, founder and principal of 9sight Consulting; David Ives, director of iSPartners; and Bill Hogarth, divisional director of CQS Performance Solutions.

Those who register online before 27 January receive an early-bird discount of R800.

Nominations for the awards are currently open and close on 30 November. Judges on the panel for this year's awards are Ranka Jovanovic, editorial director and founding member of ITWeb, as well as Hogarth and Devlin. Click here to submit your nomination.
