Gigabyte Technologies, together with official South African distributor Rectron, has introduced the new RZ motherboard series that caters for the entry-level market, offering important features without compromising performance and quality.
Built on the success of Gigabyte`s GT series of performance motherboards, the RZ offers reliability, real performance and right value (The Three Rs). According to Reon Coetzee, marketing manager of Rectron, these three characteristics provide a versatile platform that is ideal for system integrators, retailers and end-users.
"The RZ motherboard offers value, performance, but importantly, affordability to the entry-level segment of the local marketplace," he comments.
The RZ series is available on the Intel or AMD platform and features high-speed LAN, USB2.0 technology and six-channel audio for network, device and multimedia connectivity.
The motherboards are also bundled with Gigabyte`s XPress Install, EasyTune4 for system control and Symantec`s Norton Internet Security 2004 software for system protection.
