Global 360 intros BPM suite

Global 360 has unveiled Process360 10.0, an upgrade to its business process management (BPM) suite designed to help organisations improve people- and paper-intensive business processes, states KM World.

Process360 10.0 is built on Global 360's persona-based BPM approach and is said to deliver out-of-the-box applications that address the specific needs of all people in a process.

The applications speed the development, deployment and adoption of process management systems, which leads to faster time to market and ROI, according to the company.

Callidus delivers BPM solutions

Callidus Software has released its BPM solutions for Incentive Management, reports EbizQ.

Callidus BPM solutions support its customers' requirements for “off-the-shelf” process and workflow applications, according to the company. It adds that the solutions enhance sales and operational productivity and reduce operational cost on a standardised, user-configurable, self-service workflow platform.

“We are extremely excited about Callidus BPM Solutions for Incentive Management,” said Jimmy Duan, senior vice-president of analytics, BPM and SaaS solutions at Callidus Software.

BPM picks up steam

A new report from Gartner predicts the BPM market will grow, says InternetNews.

In tough times and good times, IT needs to track the cash. That's one reason why companies that invest now in BPM software will be better positioned to take advantage of a recovery, according to Gartner.

And while they're waiting, businesses can use the software to manage scarce resources, said Michele Cantara, a research VP at Gartner.
