Gigabyte Technology, a world-leading manufacturer of VGA cards, has announced the launch of its new graphic accelerator, the GV-NX79G256DP-RH, for the Western-themed adventure game, `Call of Juarez`.
This new graphic accelerator card, which is being distributed locally by Rectron, features the NVIDIA 7900 Graphics Processing Unit with 256MB GDDR3 memory to allow complex game rendering for an enhanced level of game play.
`Call of Juarez` is powered by the 3D ChromeEngine3, which specially enhances both video and audio quality for a gaming experience that is so realistic, you can all but taste the grit between your teeth as you experience the world of the 19th Century Western gunslinger.
The game supports multiple High Dynamic Range special effects and improves on depth of field, which not only increase the realism of gaming, but also ensure that scenarios and objects appear in actual proportion.
Combine these features with Gigabyte`s new card, which supports DirectX 9.0 Shader Model 3.0 and enables HDR, which simulates realistic lighting conditions, reflections and more, so when exiting the dim interior of a building into the bright light of the outdoors, the light levels will initially bloom bright, and then dim.
The GV-NX79G256DP-RH also uses the finest overclocking Turbo Force technology to guarantee performance improvement up to 10.79%. Integrated with NVIDIA eXtreme-HD technology, Gigabyte`s new card supports the latest video output interfaces including Dual-Link DVI, for the highest 2560x1600 resolution screen.
Additionally, Gigabyte chose the low noise, copper Zalman fan for the cooling solution, allowing the graphic card to operate in the lowest noise environment, as well as its 2-ball bearing design, which guarantees longer operation.
