Hashtech unveils Nano kiosks

Hashtech, a self-service applications provider, has introduced its Nano line of kiosks, states SelfServiceWorld.

According to a news release, the kiosks are specifically designed for the Indian environment, are rugged so as to withstand extreme conditions, and incorporate advanced technology, including thin client and Atom processors.

The company claims the kiosks cost between 50% and 60% less than other kiosks in the market.

Zebra intros kiosk enclosure

Zebra Technologies Europe has rolled out Kiosk Print Station, an enclosure that can house a TTP 2000 series kiosk printer and a roll of media, and has a mounting for a touch-screen kiosk computer, says CBROnline.

Zebra Technologies said the new enclosure can be mounted on a wall or pole, freeing up floor and counter space.

Retailers can choose from an array of media options depending on their needs, including four different receipt label widths.

Paysafecard enables online shopping

Online payment-services provider Paysafecard has partnered with Spanish Caixa Galicia and the Spanish processing TelePay to extend its prepaid services offering, according to ATM Marketplace.com

Now Internet users can purchase vouchers for online shopping at any of the bank's ATMs.

"We believe that this step will have a tremendous influence on the market, and we see a huge potential for this form, as it is specifically designed for the customer's convenience," said Michael Mueller, chief executive of Paysafecard group.
