Higher volume all-in-one HP printing technology from Tarsus

Johannesburg, 19 Mar 2002

In the wake of an annual 83% growth in the local multifunction peripherals (MFP) market, Tarsus Technologies welcomes the availability of another MFP series to the South African market.

"HP has never been afraid of developing robust, reliable and multi-functional technology," says Traci Maynard, HP peripherals product manager at Tarsus Technologies, "and the LaserJet 3300mfp series is no exception. The latest product model to emerge from HP`s higher volume all-in-one printing technology range takes enhancement to a whole new level."

The new HP LaserJet 3300mfp printer series not only provides high-speed laser printing and versatile digital copying, but also allows users to colour scan and share documents across a network.

"The HP LaserJet 3300mfp printer series is a stunning advancement in all-in-one technology," continues Maynard. "The new printer is ideal for higher volume mono printing, with the flexibility to scan and copy from its flatbed scanner."

Ideally suited to professionals in small businesses, satellite and branch offices or to small teams operating in offices of any size, the product offers substantial value to users who need a reliable laser printer and digital copier that features a colour scanning facility.

Maynard says the all-in-one products have seen tremendous growth for HP in the MFP market. However, having only an inkjet technology offering impacts on the print cost per page for larger workgroups requiring all-in-one functionality.

"This all-in-one HP LaserJet series offers reliability across all functions and ensures dependable, hassle-free operation. Users are now able to take advantage of the convenient digital laser copying and printing capabilities to convert documents from hardcopy to digital format for sending via the Internet. All of this, in one easy-to-use and reliable machine," concludes Maynard.
