Axiz has announced the immediate availability of the HP CompaqBusiness Notebook nc4010. Ultra-portable, the notebook is designed to keep on-the-go professionals productive, no matter where business takes them. Weighing just 1.59kg and measuring about 2.79cm, the nc4010 is a travel-friendly business tool, providing users with a powerful, feature-rich notebook in a thin and light ultra-portable form factor.
Productivity is further enhanced by the power of the new Intel Pentium M mobile processors, an ATI MOBILITY RADEON graphics controller, a wide range of security implementations, a variety of integrated wireless and wired communications options, and support for an optional travel battery-all in a highly mobile form factor.

The HP business notebook line offers a choice of security features and connectivity options to help customers protect their intellectual property and stay connected both inside and outside the office. The HP Compaq nc4010 offers HP ProtectTools Embedded Security, compliant with the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) standard and incorporates an integrated trusted platform module (TPM) for a more secure, hardware-based approach to data protection. It also supports an optional integrated Smart Card reader to provide additional data protection and user authentication.
The HP Compaq nc4010 offers breadth of choice in wireless communications by delivering tri-mode or dual-mode 802.11 wireless LAN communication capabilities, as well as best-in-breed Bluetooth integration.
The nc4010 wireless LAN solutions also support Cisco infrastructures, providing enhanced security and other functionality unique to Cisco wireless LAN network infrastructures. HP also offers Intel Centrino wireless LAN solutions on selected nc4010 models.
The HP Compaq nc4010 comes standard with a Gigabit Ethernet LAN (10/100/1000) controller, which can provide much faster throughput than today`s Ethernet (10/100). It is fully backward compatible to 10/100 speeds for infrastructures that do not currently have Gigabit Ethernet deployed, providing investment protection for future technology upgrades.
The HP Compaq nc4010 is designed to fit seamlessly into an IT environment as part of the complete corporate notebook offering.
