Kyocera Document Solutions was voted the top provider of Managed Printer Services in the 2013 annual Channelwise Awards.
The awards, which are handed out at a must-attend event on the IT industry calendar each year, honour achievement in the channel. The award is based on a selection process that is meticulously designed and refined to remain an objective measure of how vendors and distributors conduct themselves.
"Highlighting businesses deserving of success in the channel, the awards are totally divorced from 'sponsored' influence in terms of promotional revenue and 'blackmail' advertising. This means that we received the award as a result of legitimate votes cast throughout the balloting process which delights and encourage us to continue to build customer satisfaction," says Michelle Wood, marketing communications manager of Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa.
"The Channelwise Awards provide an invaluable measure of performance, as adjudicated by the customer. It also gives us the opportunity to appreciate and embrace the identified opportunities for improvement," concludes Wood.
