Dot Hill slashes jobs
Storage and software provider Dot Hill Systems has begun a restructuring plan to reduce its workforce by 10% and to make salary cuts, says The Wall Street Journal.
The storage provider expects to record severance costs in the range of $300 000 to $500 000. The planned job cuts will affect about 28 employees.
President and chief executive Dana Kammersgard says the plan should result in break-even results before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation by the last quarter of the year.
