HP offers services to SAP customers

HP will provide services to support an enterprise service-oriented architecture blueprint from SAP, reports PR Domain.

This is aimed at helping customers achieve better integration and alignment of people, information and business processes across business and technology.

HP will also design and implement services to support key SAP NetWeaver components, including an SAP NetWeaver Portal program for workforce integration, an SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) program for process integration, and an SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (SAP NetWeaver BI) program for information integration.

Business process management suite provider Appian and BPM Basics, an online centre designed to help IT and business users with BPM, will present a live, one-hour Webinar, according to Business Wire.

The seminar, entitled BPM 303: BPM & SOA, will be run on 1 February and John Lojek will start off with a discussion on the value of BPM and service-oriented architectures, explaining how they fit in today's business landscape.

Appian's director of product management, Phil Larson, will then explore how the two technologies can be used together to attain organisational agility.
