Johannesburg, South Africa - In ongoing efforts to diversify and improve the service delivery experience for its customers and partners, HP has appointed LetMeRepair as an authorised Home Product Service Partner for the in and out of warranty repair of the HP consumer range of notebooks, desktops, and accessories.
LetMeRepair was originally appointed as the subcontracted bench repair partner and commenced repair operations for HP for a broad range of its products in December 2007.
“Since then, LetMeRepair has proven themselves to be a most competent and diligent partner, and we are excited about expanding our agreement with them to now include the PSG consumer service delivery experience,” says Dennis Young, country support manager for global consumer support operations at HP South Africa.
LetMeRepair is now fully authorised to deliver the same quality service for the HP range of Pavilion and Compaq Presario notebooks, desktops, monitors, and accessories.
It will commence repair operations with immediate effect. Customers may return their faulty products for warranty and out of warranty repair to the LetMeRepair locations listed below.
