Overall, HR teams need to reinvent themselves for this new world of work, where managing talent is key to businesses being able to achieve their long-term goals. There is a need for a more business-minded HR team that builds trust and credibility within their organisation, understands all aspects of the organisations operations, and how HR adds value to these operations. This new kind of HR team will be able to serve its people and deliver significant business results to its organisation, thereby aiding the company to get ahead in the current competitive business environment.
