The company's new switch X7 series: S1700, S2700, S3700, S6700 and S7700 provide full-featured networking technology to a wide range of businesses from SMEs to larger size companies, says Albawaba.

The latest switch series will support and simplify large and complex projects, including the deployment of local area networks for campuses as well as centres, using its innovative switching technology.

The X7 series also features Huawei's Intelligent Stacking (iStack) technology, innovative Huawei switch platform virtualisation that allows for a much simpler process when designing and operating centres as well as campus Ethernet networks, according to Zawya.

Complied with the IEEE 802.3az standards that monitor the energy efficiency of Ethernet technology, Huawei's suite of switches is also built to boost work efficiency, saving up a sizable amount of electricity costs in kilowatts per year.

To date, Huawei has delivered more than four million sets of switches that are widely used in the telecommunications, government, finance, transportation, power supply, education, and oil industries. Huawei's switches and routers currently provide services for two billion users around the world.
