I-many signs deals worth $3m
I-many, a provider of contract management (CM) software and services for the enterprise, has signed three major software licence and support agreements in the first quarter of 2009, with a combined valued of $3 million, states FoxBusiness.
These customers extended their long-term relationships with I-many by making multi-year commitments to I-many's CM suite, with options tailored to meet their business needs.
John Rade, president and CEO of I-many, says: "It demonstrates I-many's ability to be adaptable and perform successfully in the current economic climate, and particularly achieve the goals we set out for 2009”.
Pangea3 donates CM services
Pangea3, a global provider in legal outsourcing to corporate in-house counsel and law firms, will donate legal support services to Susan Komen for the Cure, the world's largest breast cancer organisation, says FoxBusiness.
This donation will allow Susan Komen to achieve optimal use of its CM platform by ensuring that its legal department's legacy vendor agreements, sponsorship agreements and third-party agreements are accurately abstracted and archived into its CM database.
"Pangea3's CM donation will allow us to quickly incorporate our CM platform into our department, without deploying resources to review and abstract our legacy agreements," says Jonathan Blum, associate general counsel for Susan Komen for the Cure.
