ICASA appoints complaints chairman

Tutani took up his post at the beginning of this month and will be sworn in today. He has several years' experience in the sector and is a qualified attorney, says ICASA.

“Tutani has extensive knowledge and understanding of legal and government processes,” says the regulator.

He served as a business executive of at the auditor-general until last year and was group manager of legal services at Business Connexion until 2005.

Tutani was also the head of legal at the former Independent Broadcasting Authority. He has a Master of Business Administration degree and has worked for the Post Office.
