E-business process automation is fast gaining acceptance as an important part of e-business operations.
With a view to helping local businesses achieve operational excellence through e-business process automation and XML, icomXpress and Microsoft are to host a morning seminar entitled "From Organisational Lag to Operational Excellence".
The seminar, on 27 February at Microsoft`s offices in Naivasha Road, Sunninghill, will update users of the Microsoft platform on the benefits of XML, workflow and content management technology, and identify the return on investment to be achieved through automation of mission-critical processes and deploying e-business solutions.
Dyson Richards, icomXpress VP of Industry Accounts and Strategic Alliances, will provide practical examples of how workflow technology can speed the flow of business. He will also outline the realistic effect of e-business process automation on a company`s bottom line, and the real value of XML to e-business infrastructure.
Microsoft will also host a presentation on achieving a high return on investment using Microsoft Exchange 2000.
