Ideaca Knowledge Services, iFusion Solutions merge

Ideaca Knowledge Services, a Canadian-based business consulting firm, and iFusion Solutions, a Microsoft customer relationship management (CRM) partner, have merged.

The merger leverages the expertise of both companies, and ensures both Ideaca and iFusion customers gain access to an expanded solution portfolio, while continuing to receive the benefits of existing services, reports CRM Today.

Focusing primarily on mid-size and enterprise organisations, Ideaca provides an array of business solutions including project management.

Berbee Information Networks has been recognised by Microsoft for its capacity to provide project management services.

According to Wisconsin Technology Network, the Madison-based IT solutions provider this month became the first Microsoft Gold partner headquartered in the Midwest to achieve Microsoft`s enterprise project management (EPM) specialisation.

The EPM specialisation was granted in recognition of Berbee`s expertise in serving businesses that require the tools and processes needed to manage projects across an entire organisation.

Pacific Edge Software, a project portfolio management solution provider, has announced completion of certification testing between its Mariner project portfolio management (PPM) software and HP OpenView Service Desk.

Integration of the solutions is designed to enable IT organisations to automatically incorporate HP OpenView Service Desk work requests into existing Pacific Edge PPM environments and capture all development, enhancement, and support costs for key business applications.

The ability to fully integrate Mariner with HP OpenView Service Desk results from collaboration between HP and Pacific Edge, a Platinum Business Partner in the HP Enterprise Management Alliance Programme, says a press release on Yahoo Finance.
