Pivotal`s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, distributed locally by AdvanceNet, has received an endorsement by the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM). AdvanceNet says Pivotal is the only CRM solution to have achieved this endorsement.
Maintaining and deepening customer relationships is acknowledged as being the key differentiator for the future. CRM systems allow companies to consolidate information from a variety of internal and external sources and utilise this knowledge to strengthen customer relationships.
The Pivotal endorsement by the IMM emphasises this worldwide trend towards customer-centric marketing strategies and the competitive advantage that organisations can gain.
