A new series of dedicated publications have been launched by business information and event management company, AiC Worldwide. The publications are focused on the call centres and customer management industries, and are intended as a one-stop information resource targeted at end-users specifically for the African continent.
"Analysis of feedback from delegates and visitors to AiC Worldwide`s international network of Call Centre events has identified a strong desire for soundly-based reference information - information which details end-user experiences of call centre management & application." says Chris Johnson-Polley, Director of Publishing at AiC Worldwide.
Responding to this need, the Call Centres Africa Sourcebook has been published to co-incide with the Call Centres Africa `99 Exhibition which opens on 6 July 1999 at the MTN Sundome at Northgate, Johannesburg. This publication follows hot on the heels of the Call Centres Asia Sourcebook which was launched earlier this year.
The Sourcebook is hardbound and split into chapters featuring a series of articles addressing the key issues pertinent within the region, reflecting not only the current state of the marketplace but also how it is facing up to the challenges of the next 12 months, as well as examples of industry best practice in call centre management, customer management and technology. A comprehensive directory listing of companies involved in the call centres, customer management and computer telephony industries compounds the value of each Sourcebook as the definitive reference work for its region. The Sourcebook is also an invluable resource for users and organisations new to the call centree and CRM industries.
