Ingram hires Audio Visual head

Pandya will be re-joining Ingram from Sony, where he currently holds the position of GM, B2B channels.

PCR Online quotes Matt Sanderson, Ingram Micro MD, as saying: “Raj has been brought on board to spearhead our drive in the growing AV and digital signage markets and will lead the expansion of this business unit as we look to continue our investment into growth segments.”

Pandya said: “I am delighted to have been offered this opportunity, having spent 12 years with a leading brand in the AV industry. I am clear with the opportunity that exists for a global brand such as Ingram.”

Prior to his time at Sony, Pandya held a variety of distribution roles within the channel, Channel Web notes.
