Local mid-market IT solutions provider, Integr8 IT, has been accorded Gold Partner status by Attix5, enabling it to sell and support the entire range of Attix5 networked backup and retrieval solutions.
According to Gary Novitzkas, director of Attix5, the company appointed the Microsoft Gold Enterprise partner in order to improve its market reach across the board and, specifically, in the SME sector. "We evaluated the service levels and professionalism of a number of local Microsoft Gold partners and, Integr8 IT stood out as the obvious choice," he says.
For its part, Integr8 IT only uses best-of-breed products and needed to be sure about the quality of, and support around, Attix5 technology. "We conducted our own investigation of the competing products on the market and Attix5 came out on top," says Robert Sussman, MD of Integr8 IT.
Attix5 technology is key to a new offering from Integr8 IT, D8ta Vault. According to Sussman, the product provides a co-located databank at the MTN network solutions switching centre for storing customer data off-site, enabling the company to synchronise and backup critical data online.
Novitzkas says that while the decision to appoint Intergr8 IT was made relatively recently, the partnership has already borne fruit. "We already have joint customers as well as a long list of strong prospects."
