Introserve is a joint venture between Introstat and Douglas Morrice ( Original Co founder of Printatech - now Geneva Printatech). The company specializes in the repair and maintenance of all brands and models of printers and multifunctional printers. The company has workshops and technical staff set up in Johannesburg , Cape Town and Durban.
Introserve performs maintenance on an "On -Site" or "Carry In" with no quote rejection fee applicable. Customers can select their preference with regards to maintenance offering starting with the standard "time and materials" offering through to "Contract maintenance" through to "custom maintenance". Introserve has something to offer all customers no matter how big or small.
