iPhone bills too big
AT&T says iPhone customers can sign up for electronic billing, according to ajc.com, or a less detailed paper bill that summarises charges.
San Antonio-based AT&T itemises not just phone calls and text messages on its bills, but every data transfer when the handset connects to the network.
Much of this happens invisibly, as people automatically check e-mail or visit Web sites. With all the iPhone's online capabilities, that can add up to a lot of paper.
BruneiMuara offers eBIS
The Department of Water Services informed the public that water bill counters in Bandar Seri Begawan and Jerudong would be closed for a day, reports BruDirect.Com news.
According to the department, the closure was necessary to facilitate changeover operations and data migration from the current billing system to the new e-Billing Integrated System (eBIS) for BruneiMuara District. Payments can still be made at post offices, however.
The new eBIS and spot-billing services will commence today for the BruneiMuara District.
eBillingHub supports Aderant
The eBillingHub announced it has extended its legal electronic billing solution to the Aderant CMS.Net and Expert practice management software, according to Business Wire.
eBillingHub simplifies the e-billing process for Aderant customers. They can use eBillingHub in place of upgrading to Aderant's recently released Expert 7.5 with enhanced e-billing functionality.
In addition to introducing support for Aderant, the eBillingHub has also increased its 'out-of-the-box' support for client formats from almost 300 to over 400. eBillingHub's client formats eliminate the burden and expense of a law firm having to create, support, and maintain these formats.
