IPL goes paperless
Indianapolis Power and Light company has implemented CheckFree Biller Direct HV electronic billing and payment services for billing organisations. The move will enable about 47 000 IPL customers in central Indiana, US to receive and pay their bills directly at the company's Web site, says epnn.
IPL launched the electronic billing and payment service in March with a promotional campaign that will run through July 2008.
CheckFree Biller Direct HV enables consumers to pay bills online as well as choose from different payment methods such as one-time, automated and scheduled payments.
Kelly Drye chooses eBillingHub
Kelley Drye has selected the eBillingHub to simplify its electronic billing environment, reports TMCnet.
The solution will be put in place to allow the firm an efficient e-billing process, benefiting both the firm and its clients.
Kelley Drye & Warren is an American law firm of more than 375 attorneys with offices in New York, Washing DC, Stamford, Parsippany, Chicago and Brussels and with an affiliated office in Mumbai.
Pareto invests in e-marketing
Marketing agency Pareto 3D has invested EUR1.5 million in a new sister company to target the growing market for digital solutions, states The Sunday Business Post.
David Connor, strategic planning director, Eighty:Twenty, said the idea behind Eighty:Twenty was to help client companies to optimise the use of digital media solutions for marketing purposes.
"The advance of technology has meant more choice than ever for brands. However, such a diverse selection of user interaction points throws up huge challenges for brand owners in how to reach their audience," he said.
