Interconnective Solutions` (Isolution`s) expectations at the interim stage appear to have been optimistic, with the group now warning that its full-year operating profit will be less than expected.

The company has referred shareholders to the March announcement of its results for the six months to end-December, "in which it was indirectly indicated that the company was expecting an improved performance for the rest of the financial year".

It says its "infotainment" division is now experiencing lower than projected turnover.

"Consequently, the operating profit in respect of the year ended 30 June 2004 will be substantially below the expectations contained in the interim results."

It has advised its shareholders to be cautious in their share dealings until the full-year results have been released.

Isolutions operates in the areas of collection, collation and management.
