Isolution splits roles

JSE-listed Interconnective Solutions has split the roles of chairman and CEO.

Mark Smith, who has held both the chairman and CEO posts for some time, will remain as CEO.

Ashvin Mancha, currently a non-executive director, assumes the chairmanship with immediate effect.

Isolution, listed in the JSE`s venture capital sector, operates in the fields of data collection, collation and management.

Recently it warned that its operating profit for the year to June would be substantially less than in the previous financial year.
