Accsys has implemented a full suite of its `peopleware` human resource management solutions for Isringhausen, an international company based in East London.
Well-established as one of the country`s leading motor vehicle manufacture suppliers, Isringhausen produces a full range of seats for companies such as Mercedes Benz.
Frances Wiggill, financial manager Isringhausen, says ease-of-use was one of the primary deciding factors in favour of Accsys-HR as the company`s solution of choice.
"Having a single system to manage and control all aspects of human resources - from wages, salaries, labour-related issues, including equity and skills development - has not only reduced our administrative burden but has also greatly minimised the incidence of HR management issues," she says.
Isringhausen has implemented Accsys` Job Manager, Incident Manager, Equity Manager, Personnel Manager, Payroll Manager and Leave Manager modules.
"The system is so easy to use - if you can read, you are able to manage your human resources," says Wiggill.
