Laser Ink, the independent computer printer maintenance company, today announced some new initiatives and reaffirmed some of its current activities, all of which are focused on providing economic benefits for business users in this particular section of the market.
"We already buy back laser printer fuser cores, refurbish them and re-sell them with a four-month warranty," commented Ramiro Da Silva, Director of Laser Ink, "and this process allows users to either prolong the life of their appropriate printer or to be paid for the disposal of this item.
"In addition, we refurbish POS printer terminals with genuine spare parts such as cutters and print-heads, and offer warranties on these repairs," continued Da Silva. "In a similar way, we undertake the refurbishment of matrix printers' print heads.
"Our newest initiative is the provision of generic toner cartridges, which we provide with a warranty that includes covering any costs that may occur from subsequent damage following the adoption of these units," concluded Da Silva. "Unlike some other generic products, these are produced to the same OEM specifications as the original products; they are not re-filled or re-manufactured cartridges, but are completely new ones that come packaged in exactly the same way as the original offerings, including a new casing. The supplier we use is a reputable one that we have been partnering since 2008, and not surprisingly, these toner cartridges come with a significantly reduced price tag."
Laser Ink aims to be the preferred 'one-stop shop' for printer maintenance and the initiatives above are just a few of the services that they offer.
