ITS eVula has received accreditation from the Energy Sector Education and Training Authority (ESETA).
ESETA is one of 23 Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) established in South Africa in terms of the Skills Development Act of 1998. In accordance with this Act, sector-specific bodies (SETAs) have been set up to encourage skills development through the establishment of a system of levies and grants, the registration of new learners and the quality assurance of training providers and assessors.
Having ESETA accreditation confirms that ITS eVula is authorised to offer the fundamentals (mathematics, communications and computer skills) which are the generic components of all qualifications. ITS eVula has met the criteria for being a training provider by inter-alia complying with the health and safety requirements and the required quality management system.
“Training empowers people and enables them to reach their full potential. ITS eVula strives to make quality training available to people. In the process, we attempt to open doors to a brighter future for our students,” said Louis Lotter, Director, ITS eVula.
ITS eVula is a sister company of ITS Tertiary Solutions, which has been installing and maintaining software systems and offering related training for further and higher education institutions for over 22 years. After various requests from existing clients, as well as research into possible fields, ITS Holdings made a decision to expand by establishing a dedicated training company, ITS eVula, to serve the needs that were identified.
As a training provider, ITS eVula focuses on assisting clients to meet their training needs by offering a variety of high quality products and services. eVula means “to open doors”, and that is the reason why we invite learners to unlock their future by making use of our products and services.
