The Radical Care Plan allows IS hosting customers to focus on fundamental development and running of the core applications on the server, while IS will help maintain patching on Microsoft OS and monitoring.
The service offers detailed information about the current status of IIS and SQL databases and in addition gives users pre-emptive warnings about imminent problems or failures.
Together with the Standard IS Monitoring service (which monitors server and application availability) and IS Hardware Monitoring, Radical Care forms a complete maintenance and monitoring solution for most corporate environments.

Maximise the productivity and efficiency of OS and SQL: The MOM (Microsoft Operations Management) software will monitor and notify customers on the performance of Microsoft OS and SQL database, enabling optimisation of settings and applications on the platform.
Minimise user resource time: IS takes ownership of the patching and updates.
Staging Servers: Minimise downtime by using a staging environment to check application changes or updates before rolling them onto a production environment.
