Ivor seeks environmental accolades

printer and Web-to-print company Ivor Solution is targeting new environmental accreditations after becoming FSC chain-of-custody certified, states PrintWeek.

The 30-staffed, Clerkenwell-based company, which is equipped with Xerox, Kodak, HP Indigo and Ricoh presses, has also recently achieved the Carbon Smart blue award and is carbon neutral.

Managing director Ivor Jacobs said: "It's great for our staff who are very aware of all these issues. I would also like to think that our focus on the environment means that people will choose to work with us over less environmentally friendly companies."

Web-to-print service for design community

Prisma Graphic has released its latest development, PrintPower, an online service featuring Web-to-print marketing materials with custom design printing at reduced turnaround times, says WhatTheyThink.

According to the company, PrintPower was created specifically to serve the design community and to provide better online service and user experience so designers can deliver high-quality marketing materials that will meet their client's budget requirements.

Rob Steele, marketing and e-commerce director for Prisma Graphic, says: “Offering PrintPower allows us serve our clients in the design community even better and more efficiently.”

Paradigm releases 36-inch scanner-printer

Paradigm Imaging Group, distributor of large-format scanning and printing solutions, released a new 36-inch scanner-printer combination, reveals Ten Links.

The SK280 scanner, formerly available only with the Supra EIS system, can now be paired with the Canon iPF710 imagePROGRAF printer to create an affordable yet powerful scan to print solution.

“The SK280/iPF710 bundle is an economical, no nonsense, scan-print solution,” says Randy Geesman, president of Paradigm Imaging Group.
