Kilpatrick Stockton chooses nQueue

nQueue announced it has reached an agreement with leading firm Kilpatrick Stockton, to install its Embedded system at the firm's US and international offices, according to PRWeb.

Kilpatrick refreshed its fleet of Canon ImageRUNNER multi-function devices to utilise the fact that nQueue's solutions can be built into the devices so users can enter client-related information directly at the control panel.

Kilpatrick is nQueue's first Atlanta-based AmLaw 100 client.

TIBCO unveils BPM solution

TIBCO Software announced the release of its latest business process management (BPM) solution, TIBCO iProcess Suite 10.6, says CNNMoney.com

Through tighter integration with the TIBCO Business Studio process modelling and design environment, iProcess Suite 10.6 allows users to deploy and execute business processes created in Business Studio.

TIBCO iProcess Suite 10.6 comprises a suite of application modules built on an open architecture, and TIBCO iProcess Suite 10.6 and TIBCO Business Studio are now generally available.

NGT uses CustomCall

New Global Telecom (NGT) will use CustomCall System's Webtop BPM platform to provide bill processing and order management for its private label resellers, says Phone+.

NGT's private label service targets VARs, ASPs, ISPs, systems integrators, retailers and other non-traditional telecom providers with a platform for adding hosted or trunk-based VOIP solutions to their service offerings.

Webtop BPM is CustomCall's Web-based and workflow-enabled billing and order management product designed for VOIP service providers, cable and wireless companies and ISPs.
