Ralph Kimball, considered by many to be the father of data warehousing, is to return to South Africa in September to run his hugely popular data warehousing course. Last year, he had more than 80 students, the largest course he had run anywhere in the world.This year he is coming in out in conjunction with new data warehousing company 360 Solutions to present his Advanced Data Warehousing course."Ralph is partnering with us as he is tightly affiliated with Sagent, our principal technology offering," says 360 Solutions MD Susan Andre. "All indications are that the data warehousing market is reaching a level of maturity where Ralph`s new course will find a receptive market."The course will be run at the Unisys Auditorium from 5 to 7 September.
