Konica Minolta Printing Solutions Europe has appointed Deon Botha as its new local reseller channel manager, tasked with maintaining and improving reseller relationships in South Africa.
Botha, whose ten years of channel experience within the South African IT sector includes a four-year stint as national account manager at LG Electronics, plans to step up Konica Minolta's partner support and channel visibility in his new capacity.
"By proving Konica Minolta Printing Solutions' channel support through increased training, large deal closure assistance and advice on matching products to applications, we want the reseller channel to realise just how accessible Konica Minolta resources are to them," Botha says.
According to Ian Revell, country manager, South Africa, Konica Minolta Printing Solutions, Botha's extensive knowledge on the local marketplace will assist in the further development of the Konica Minolta Printing Solutions range in the South African market.
