KPN selects Cordys

Telecommunications operator KPN has selected the Cordys BPM platform as its basis to process online customer requests, reports Webit.

KPN began the roll-out of these services in early 2008. The Cordys solution is an integral part of one of its most important strategic initiatives, the All IP program of KPN, through which it is supporting its total infrastructure to IP technology.

Green hat enhanced its GH Tester platform for SOA with BPM capabilities thanks to a development partnership with UK-based 1st Thought.

As a result of the combined SOA-BPM testing platform, Green Hat executives said it can now give customers a way to test a broader range of components in their SOA projects, including exception handling and manual processes.
