Krugle reveals search list
Krugle, the code search company, released its list of top Java queries that developers worldwide have submitted during the last month at Krugle.com, as well as the number of times various celebrity names are included in the billions of lines of open source code, according to PRNewswire.
Leading up to JavaOne Conference, Krugle examined trends in the most popular Java trends search by their users. "j2me" leads the Java queries at Krugle.com for the month of March, with "hadoop" as a close second, and "swing," "superwava," and "dozer" rounding out the top five.
As for distinctly non-Java searches uncovered by Krugle management, "Knuth" returned the highest number of hits in honour of leading computer scientist and "father of algorithm analysis" Donald Knuth, far outstripping close second "Satan".
