Enterprise management solutions provider BMC Software was recently awarded a SAP Pinnacle Award.
BMC Software says its Patrol for SAP Enterprise Portal, powered by open integration and application platform SAP NetWeaver, was recognised for outstanding achievement in development and innovation.
Patrol for SAP Enterprise Portal provides a centralised monitoring solution, which monitors overall availability and component availability, including the SAP Enterprise Portal landscape and connectivity to backend systems, the company explains.
It adds that it also enables IT personnel to define and monitor service level targets that correspond to company business goals, resulting in improved availability.
