Computer technology company Lenovo has launched Windows 10-ready devices, which include two convertible Yoga laptops as well as a two-in-one detachable tablet.

The new devices ? Yoga 710, Yoga 5101 and the Ideapad MIIX 310 detachable tablet ? are designed for mobile workers that require longer battery life to complete work on-the-go.

"We recognise consumers' need to work on multiple devices for different tasks. For example, they may text on a smartphone, work on a laptop, and read on a tablet. That's why we designed each of our new devices to either convert or detach into tablet mode, so users can do more with the comfort of typing on a keyboard and the power of the latest generation of Intel processors, while giving them long battery life to leave the power cord at home," says Lenovo.

The Yoga 710 is an 11-inch convertible laptop powered by a sixth-generation Gen Intel Core and features 20% better WiFi connection, up to 256GB solid state drive for fast access to movies, pictures, and files, and offers up to eight hours of battery life.

The Yoga 5101 is lighter in weight, with more than 50% improvement in battery life and delivers a smooth transition between laptop, stand, tent, and tablet modes.

Meanwhile, the two-in-one detachable Ideapad MIIX 310 is a 10-inch tablet with optional 4G LTE and will start at R5 912.

The Ideapad MIIX 310 comes with a detachable keyboard as standard, offers more battery life and has double memory of up to 64GB eMMC storage and 4GB DDR3L of memory.
