SDD, the broad-based IT distributor in the Siltek Technology Chain Group, has announced the availability of Lexmark's Linea Laser Toner cartridge range.
According to Zelda Emmerick, product manager for Canon, Lexmark and Tally consumables at SDD, the new range of cartridges, also compatible with HP, Canon and Xerox printers exceed the performance levels of comparable toner cartridges for a more affordable price.
"Each cartridge, manufactured by Lexmark, is individually tested to ensure it exceeds industry reliability and performance standards," she asserts. As the manufacturer, Lexmark has reduced costs by eliminating an additional supplier, resulting in significant savings ranging from 10% and 20% per cartridge.
Since research has proved that print cartridges account for 65% of Day-to-day printing costs, the use of Lexmark's economical Linea cartridges will enable bean counters to drastically reduce the organisation's annual budget usually apportioned to printing.
Furthermore, tests conducted by independent research company, Business Equipment Research and Laboratories, indicated that Lexmark's Linea cartridges meet or exceed the performance of comparable toner products for prices lower than their competitors.
Each cartridge is backed by a lifetime warranty. Globally, Lexmark has already received a fantastic response to the Linea range. "One of the major reasons for their success internationally is the huge cost saving they offer without compromising on quality. Once consumers are aware of the benefits of using the Linea range, there will be no other alternative," she asserts.
SDD's customers can look forward to a walk-in centre cum convenience store at its Midrand premises, where dealers may buy fast-moving products like Lexmark's Linea cartridges. Emmerick concludes: "We're positive that Lexmark's Linea laser cartridges will become the preferred market choice for laser printers."
