IT distributor and manufacturer, Light Edge Technology has announced the availability of the new series Transcend high-speed USB 2.0 JetFlash.
The new JetFlash can achieve a read speed of up to 9MBps and a write speed of up to 8MBps. These are six to ten times faster transfer speeds than a traditional USB 1.1 Flash Drive. The Transcend`s USB 2.0 JetFlash also has great reliability and stability for data transfer and storage.
Transcend`s newest USB 2.0 JetFlash comes with a sleek design in silver colours: 64MB-512MB for mini size and 1GB-4GB for regular size. The new USB 2.0 JetFlash can be configured into two partitions with different capacities including security features, USB-ZIP and USB-HDD boot-up function.
Transcend`s USB 2.0 JetFlash offers an electronic display to indicate the usage status and a mechanical write-protection switch to enhance the reliability of data storage. The JetFlash also comes with a hook and neck strap, to keep it from getting lost.
Transcend`s USB 2.0 JetFlash supports Windows 98SE/2000/Me/XP, Mac OS 8.6 or later, and Linux kernel 2.4.2 or later.
