Cape-based accounting and business software developer IQ Retail has been praised for its innovative products by its European reseller.

Unique Business Solutions has commended the local company for continuous product research, which it said keeps IQ Retail ahead of competition.

“In one word, the support offered by IQ Retail is excellent. The company is committed to providing a high level of service and support for its dealers,” says Unique Business Solutions owner Andreas Charalambous.

The Cyprus-based owner has been dealing with IQ Retail products since 2003. He praised the products for their ergonomic design, which make them easily implemented and maintained. Charalambous said other advantageous features include its flexibility with tools and functionality, competitive pricing and the continuous research going into creating up-to-date products.

“IQ Retail always considers its dealers and customers' logical requirements for future releases. During the period of time I have been doing business with IQ Retail, I would say that the system has been upgraded tremendously,” he concludes.
