The LR Group, incorporating Learning Resources, has acquired KnoVation, a management and leadership development provider, previously part of the Adcorp Holdings stable.
LR Group says the acquisition of KnoVation was a strategic decision in response to client requirements, after the need for management and leadership development was communicated by the market to the LR Group management team.
CEO of LR Group, Ricky Robinson, says KnoVation was a good fit for his company, giving it a range of accredited courseware and facilitators that could be added to its existing range.
Robinson says his company hopes to address SA's wide lack of leadership through this purchase, as KnoVation specialises in management and leadership development.
